When a club in the game of Lady Popular Fashion Arena decides to make a website they find themselves with many pages to fill with interesting content.

For me it was easy because I always have a lot to say.

I have a lot of experience in this game, & I knew I wanted to help other players.

For some it does not come easy to make a website for their club, perhaps because of age, ability, or lack of knowledge so, they find their website lacking.

It is never ok to go to a website you find interesting, one that you admire, or one that you are jealous of and copy the information there and paste it into your website as if it came from your thoughts. Even if it is behind a password. This is stealing.

The person you copied it from, is the owner and when you copy it to your site, it turns you into a thief. The information becomes plagiarized and you have done something very very wrong.

Taking information from someone else and using it as your own is not imitation, it is not flattery, it is disrespectful, it is hurtful, it is unethical, and it is deception.

This is an ongoing problem in the game so I have decided to make a page dedicated to this subject so that other website owners do not go through what I have gone through when I learn my property has been appropriated without my permission or knowledge.

It is so very simply to dress up your website without being a thief.

Simply ask permission to link up to the website you admire, give them full credit and tell them how much you admire their work, but never ever just copy and paste it onto your own site. On my sites you will find many links to other sites. I openly admire the best sites and blogs and they deserve our respect.

You may think you are slick hiding stolen property behind a password

but it does not change the fact you stole someone's property. It does not make the fact that you are a thief, acceptable. In fact all it does is tell your club how immoral and unethical you are willing to be in order to compete when you don't have the abilities someone else has.

Do you really want your members or your visitors to know that you cheated and copied off another website instead of using your own content?

Doesn't your club mates deserve to have original content on their website?

If you have problems finding content, ask for help. There are a lot of amazing websites and the owners are usually willing to help and teach a newbie how to build their site into something great. So, just ask. Don't take. JUST ASK

Personally, I have built 6 websites for other clubs in this game. They are not like mine but tailored to the club I built it for. It is unfortunate that I no longer have the extra time to do this. It was very enjoyable. Most of the websites I had built are no longer in use, or have been drastically changed from what I had put into them so I no longer display these examples.

The back grounds you see on my sites are not mine. I do not claim them. I pull them from free sources on the internet.
