The server clock is in Bulgarian time.
If you live in the US, or Other country such as Australia,
you'll need to convert the time to your own.
To do this you look at the clock where you are,
when the server rolls over.
The server rolls over at Midnight in Bulgaria.
I live in the Middle of the USA,
central standard time or Daylight Saving Time
The server clock rolls over at 5pm where I live in Missouri, 
but in the game it is midnight, 00:00, a new day.

To further complicate things, not every country does
Daylight savings Time, and the countries that do observe it
puts it into effect at different times of the year.
You must consider this when you are converting the time.

The game Parties are set at 4 hour intervals.
00:00--04:00--08:00--12:00--16:00--20:00--24:00
There are no other choices.
These times are in Bulgarian time/Server Time.
